Do I have to write or approve anything?
You approve — in one tap. When a new review arrives, ReplyPilot drafts a reply in your voice and sends it to you by email and text. Tap Approve and it posts. Tap Edit to change the wording. Nothing posts without your approval, except 4–5 star replies if you opt into auto-posting.
What happens with a negative review?
